Items are dispatched by a fulfilment company that uses Royal Mail and Evri. Orders placed before 6 PM are dispatched the same day, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Checking Deliveries
Please thoroughly check all deliveries upon arrival. If you do not report any shortages or damages within the specified timeframe, it will be assumed that the goods have been accepted as complete and unharmed.
Reporting Damages or Shortages:
- All damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours in writing.
As a standard procedure, every order is photographed before dispatch to document the contents of the parcel.
